Refund Policy (Withdrawal Instructions)
1. Scope and provider
This withdrawal and refund policy applies to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop at www.colourand.life.

A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes that are outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
2. Right of withdrawal (14 days) for standard goods
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason (Article L. 222-9 of the Luxembourg Code de la consommation).
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. In the case of an order for multiple goods within a single order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form set out at the end of this policy, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Right to withhold reimbursement: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return and return costs: You must send back the goods or hand them over to us at the address stated above, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Original condition and packaging: Please return the goods complete, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Framed works are particularly fragile. Please protect the frames carefully, for example with edge and corner protectors and sufficient padding, so that the goods are not damaged during return transport.
Diminished value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article L. 222-9 (7) of the Code de la consommation).
This applies in particular to:

personalised works produced according to your individual specifications or wishes,
-
the personalised works of the "Soul Portraits" series (also "Light Guardians"), created specifically for a particular child and using individual details such as name and age.
There is no right of withdrawal for these works. Your statutory rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming delivery remain unaffected.
